What we collect

When you ask for a free preview, we collect the business name, city and mobile number you type in. If you become a customer, we also collect what we need to build and run your site, such as your logo, photos, services, service areas, license number and billing details.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type and the pages you view.

How we use it

We use your information to build your preview, text you the link, answer your questions, and build, host and support your website if you sign up. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, you agree that plumbing.dev may text you about your preview and your website. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run plumbing.dev, such as our hosting, messaging, email and payment providers, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep preview requests for as long as they are useful for following up, and customer information for as long as you are a customer and as required for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@plumbing.dev. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date below.
